With the acquisition of the Sonderhoff Group in 2017, Henkel further expanded its expertise in sealants. After completion of the integration phase, the former Sonderhoff companies have been assigned to the Henkel Adhesive Technologies division at the beginning of 2020.
The trademark SONDERHOFF consisting of material systems, mixing and dosing systems and process know-how is an excellent addition to the existing Henkel portfolio and at the same time offers access to an attractive market, because many future scenarios see automation and digitalization as the key growth drivers.
The former Sonderhoff locations in Germany, Austria, Italy, China and the USA now operate under Henkel.
